We offer a range of classes from fitness circuits to boxing and from yoga to Pilates.

Kholoud Hussein

Each week, we participate in Teen Gym because it is a fun way to get fit and strong in a non-competitive environment.  The 45 minute workout includes cardio and strength exercises suitable for 13-18 years old. Also, it is a great way of meeting new friends and helps us reduce stress levels during intense study periods.
