Hi I’m Katie and currently Gym Manager at Vale Health and Fitness.
I’ve recently completed my cert II in fitness and I am currently studying my cert IV in Fitness.
My role here is to run the day-to-day functions of the business and assist with all components.
I absolutely love seeing members achieve their fitness goals, it’s so inspiring!
During my spare time I like to spend time with my 2 children or relax with family and friends.

Hello, my name is Courtney! I’m a newbie to the fitness industry, having recently attained my certificates III and IV in Fitness upon graduating high school.

Health and fitness have always been major components of my life, and I look forward to working with my passions alongside studying a bachelor of biomedicine at university.

I really hope to create an inclusive, comfortable, fun and engaging fitness environment for all members at Vale and assist you in achieving your fitness goals!
