I have developed a 10-week Back Care Program.

The program works to align bone over bone and joint over joint, helping to bring the skeleton back into its correct position.  The natural flow and motion of using an exercise ball – mobilizes, stretches and relaxes the body, preventing joint stiffness and muscle tightness.  Both ball and floor-based exercise will assist in strengthening the core and stabilising the supporting muscles of the spine.
