I am a passionate health & fitness advocate, specialising in women’s physical and mental, healthy ageing. I have transformed my life and others using a combination of S.M.A.R.T goal-programming techniques, incorporating exercise, nutrition and relaxation. I believe that gym training should complement a healthy and happy lifestyle, not leave you sore for weeks, and constantly at-risk of injury by pushing yourself too far!
My role as Manager at Vale Health and Fitness is to see women grow in physical and emotional strength, confidence and resilience, as a result of consistently and realistic expectations.

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and over 10 years experience working with local and elite Athletes. Recently gaining a position with Richmond Football Club working with AFLW & VFLW teams.
